Products and Services

All products and services listed on this website are subject to availability. Specifications, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from our team and the agreed-upon advance payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation timelines are estimates provided in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including shipping delays, product availability, or site readiness on the customer’s end.

Warranty and Returns

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling or unauthorised modification are not covered under warranty. Returns are accepted only for products that are defective on arrival and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

SPE Smart Card Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products and services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Secunderabad, Telangana.
